Township of McNab/Braeside is offering a 6-week Hybrid PilatYCore session this March/April with certified instructor Rachel Cornejo. PilatYCore uses a fusion of pilates, yoga and barre fitness techniques to tone your muscles and strengthen your core.
Thursday Evenings 7:30-8:30 pm
Classes begin Thursday, March 24 through to Thursday, April 28, 2022.
Choose either option:
Limited spaces available. Must pre-register. No drop-ins allowed.
You do not need to be a resident of the Township of McNab/Braeside to register.
