Stretch & Flex


Join Colleen Barrie of Fit Females in this 1-hour workout of functional exercises inspired by controlled movements, to help you move better while targeting and toning the full body. Expect alternating flex, stretch and core exercises on the mat with short rest periods in between. Suitable for adults of every gender looking to ‘move’ towards better health.

All fitness levels are welcome!

Please bring a mat, indoor running shoes and water.
