Boot Camp

Bring it on by Meagan Mask brings you weekly Boot Camp Classes to challenge your mind and body. Alternate between high and low intensity exercises through timed intervals of free weights, punching bags, cardio training & balance work.

All levels welcome with options provided.  

Please bring a mat, indoor running shoes and water.

7:15 – 8:15 pm
