Join Colleen Barrie in this one hour workout, designed to target all major muscle groups. It will include 20 minutes of Step, 20 minutes of Strength and 20 Minutes of Core. Focus on cardio, resistance, weights and core to increase muscle and keep the calories burning even after the workout.
All levels welcome with options provided.
