Frequency: Monthly (on Wednesday following the second Tuesday of the month- excluding July) - at 1:00 p.m.

Vice-Chair: Deputy Mayor Lori Hoddinott


To recommend an annual budget for Council adoption. 

To regularly review actual vs. budget and overall financial status for the purposes of preparing a more efficient budget for subsequent years. 

To make every effort to maintain a minimum tax rate through identifying cost effective approaches to spending as well as seeking additional sources of revenue.

To make recommendations to Council regarding administrative and human resource best practices.
