Burnstown Beach
The Burnstown Beach is located at 1537 Calabogie Road.
Enjoy a sun-soaked day on the beautiful sandy beach, swim in the clear, clean water of the Madawaska River and let the kids burn off some energy on the play structure. The Paddle Shack, rents kayaks and paddle boards for those wanting to explore the Madawaska River.
Public washrooms are available.
Please note that pets, smoking of any kind, fires and barbeques are not permitted on the beach.
PADDLE SHACK:
Opens Saturday, June 20th and will close after Labour Day (whether dependent)
Rent a kayak or paddle board for $10 per hour or $40 per day
- Rentals include use of a PFD (personal flotation device) and marine safety kit
- Rentals are on a first come-first served basis
- Debit and credit accepted
- Equipment may not be taken to an alternate location
- Last rental for the day is one hour before closing
BOAT LAUNCH:
Parking passes are required at all Township Boat Launches from May 1st to October 31st any time you are towing a trailer.
