Stretch and Flex (4 or 8 Weeks)


Stretch & Flex your way to fitness!

Join Colleen Barrie of Fit Females in this 1-hour workout of functional exercises inspired by controlled movements, to help you move better while targeting and toning the full body. Expect alternating flex, stretch and core exercises on the mat with short rest periods in between. Suitable for adults of every gender looking to ‘move’ towards better health - All levels welcome. Weights & Mat required.

$80 + HST for all 8 classes (Mondays and Wednesdays)
$46 + HST for 4 classes (Mondays or Wednesdays)
