Can I reserve them ahead of time?
Unfortunately, we’re not able to reserve snowshoes in advance, as rentals are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. You’re more than welcome to call ahead, though, and we can let you know if the sizes you need are currently available.
Can I pick them up on a weekend day?
Rentals can only be picked up during office hours, Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 4 PM (until 6:30 PM on Tuesdays). If you’re renting on a Friday, you’re welcome to return them on Monday.
How does pick-up work?
At pick-up, we’ll ask you to sign a waiver and provide proof of residency if you’d like to waive the $7 rental fee. We’ll help you choose a pair based on your weight, and you also have the option to take poles if you’d like. It's that simple!
Can I rent more than one pair?
Yes, you are welcome to rent multiple pairs as long as they are available.
