SALC 2021 Yoga and Pilates Series

Do you want (and need) to stay healthy, fit and flexible (in both Body and Mind) this year???

Well then, Heads-Up and Mark Your Calendars!  Registration for November/December 2021 Yoga and Pilates Series will begin the Week of October 18th.

We’ve got The BEST Yoga and Pilates Instructors around Folks, So Let’s Get Moving!!!   Classes will run for 8 weeks; Starting the Week of November 1st and run through until December 24th.

Class Style and Options:

1.  Chair Yoga;  2 Choices (Maximum 15 Participants):                   

*Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9am-9:50am

*Tuesdays and Thursdays from 11:20am-12:10pm

*Please note:  15 Participants are necessary for BOTH Classes to run.  Tell your Friends and Neighbors and C’mon Out!  Let’s Keep Our Local Older Adults and Seniors Healthy and Vibrant!

2.  Mat Yoga:  (Maximum 12 Participants): Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10:10-11am

3.  Yogalates (Maximum 12 Participants):  Wednesdays from 9am-10am

4.  Pilates (Maximum 12 Participants): Fridays from 9am-10am

Method of Registration;  In-Person, Phone or Email

Method of Payment:  In-Person (Cash, Cheque, Debit, VISA, Mastercard)
