2023 Reimbursement for Arnprior Recreation Programs

McNab/Braeside residents will be reimbursed the difference between the resident / non-resident registration fee for all programs offered by Arnprior at the Nick Smith Centre that were previously covered under the Joint Use Recreation Agreement beginning July 1, 2023.


Documents Required

1) Program registration receipt(s) from Arnprior. *Please include your phone number.

2) A clear copy of your government issued ID reflecting a valid M/B address. If the address on your license does not match your McNab/Braeside residence, provide proof of residence (lease, hydro bill, tax bill etc.).

Reimbursement Options

• EFT* (direct deposit) is the preferred, and most efficient method for reimbursement.

• Cheque* *Allow up to 14 business days for reimbursement.

• Cash – available in person only, for reimbursements up to $25. 

Adult Hockey Team

The non-resident surcharge for McNab/Braeside players will be reimbursed to the team manager who will be responsible to distribute funds accordingly.

1) The Arnprior issued invoice listing the non-resident surcharge.

2) The full Team roster indicating the names and address of each M/B resident (M/B residents highlighted).

3) Photo ID with a valid township address. If the address on your license does not match your McNab/Braeside residence, provide proof of residence (lease, hydro bill, tax bill etc.).

4) Full name and mailing address for the team manager.

Deadline for 2023 Reimbursements

All reimbursement requests for 2023 must be received by January 31, 2024, late submissions will not be accepted.

2023/24 Arnprior Minor Hockey Association (AMHA) & Arnprior McNab Ringette Association (AMRA)

The Township will pay the difference between the resident and nonresident fee to AMRA and AMHA directly for McNab/Braeside Residents. Families will pay the same registration fee for these programs as Arnprior residents.

Collection of the Information

Personal information is collected under the authority of the Municipal Act, 2001, S.O. 2001, c.25. Any personal information collected will be used to determine the address of the participant. Questions should be directed to the contacted noted below.

Disclosures

Residents are responsible to notify the Township if there are any changes in the terms of the program registration(s) submitted for reimbursement.
