To regularly report to rate payers on actual vs budget and overall financial status (Auditors to present notes and recommendation at open Council meeting). To make every effort to maintain a minium tax rate through identifying cost effective approaches to spending as well as seeking additional sources of revenue.

  To develop and implement a recruitment and retention strategy with the community to attract and maintain on an ongoing basis a sufficient number of Family Physicians practicing in our communities.

  To make recommendations to the Committee of Adjustment with respect to applications for creation of new lots and/or minor variances and be responsible for the orderly development of the Township Official Plan and Zoning and all related planning matters.
